acceptance smoothes part of the many distortions that the faculty you call

the mind to examine how the feelings, the biases, what you would call the
. N& @9 ^, j8 \2 U0 x/ nemotions, affect various portions of the body complex. It shall be necessary
% H# I# Z) y) i8 Q+ mto both understand the bodily polarity and to accept them, repeating in a# s# E u; Q! x+ ^
chemical/physical manifestation the work you have done upon the mind

The body is a creature of the mind’s creation. It has its biases. The! {+ h8 c0 b" _9 n
biological bias must be first completely understood and then the opposite0 y3 c( z; C1 V2 T* @
bias allowed to find full expression in understanding. Again, the process of3 z5 M% N& p3 q0 q3 A- C
acceptance of the body as a balanced, as well as polarized, individual may
% O$ V7 ^, u# jthen be accomplished. It is then the task to extend this understanding to the
